Terms of service

Effective July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Corent, an API that routes AI media generation requests to third-party model providers and returns one result with a receipt. By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.

The service

You send a request and a preference; Corent selects the model tier, executes the generation, reroutes around failures where possible, and returns the result with the exact charge. Model choice is ours by design. Underlying providers change over time; tiers and prices may change with notice on the pricing page.

Billing

Corent is prepaid. You top up a credit balance and each successful generation debits the exact amount shown on its receipt. Failed generations are never billed. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. If we ever overcharge you, tell us and we will credit the difference.

Acceptable use

You may not use Corent to create or attempt to create:

• sexual content involving minors, in any form, real or generated;
• non-consensual intimate imagery of any person;
• deceptive media of real people presented as authentic without their consent;
• content that incites violence or promotes terrorism or hate;
• content for fraud, spam, malware, or violating others’ rights, including IP rights.

We screen prompts, may decline any request, and may suspend accounts that violate this policy. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities. Report abuse to abuse@corent.tech and we will act promptly, including takedowns of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid report.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts and, to the extent providers and law allow, in generated outputs. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: to process prompts, store and serve outputs to you, and to use aggregate, de-identified outcome data to improve routing. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Service levels, honestly

We publish live status and reliability data instead of promising an uptime percentage. We do not offer an SLA. What we do promise: you never pay for a failed generation, and every charge is auditable on its receipt.

AI-generated content

Outputs are AI-generated. You are responsible for how you use them, including any disclosure obligations that apply to you (for example under the EU AI Act) and for rights clearance in your use.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can close your account at any time; unused credits on closed accounts in good standing are refundable on request within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with unused credits refunded except where the account was used for prohibited content.
