Privacy policy

Corent (“we”, “us”) provides an API that routes AI media generation requests to third-party model providers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what is needed to run the service and bill accurately, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI models.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address and authentication data when you sign up, and your payment records (handled by our payment processors; we never see or store card numbers).

Generation data. The prompts you submit, the media generated for you, and per-request metadata (the tier used, timing, and exact cost). We keep this so you can retrieve your results, audit every charge on your receipts, and so we can improve routing quality using aggregate outcomes.

Usage data. API request logs (endpoint, timestamps, status, spend) used for rate limiting, spend caps, abuse prevention, and support.

How prompts flow through the service

To generate media, your prompt is sent to the third-party model provider our router selects for that request. Providers process it under their own terms and privacy policies; we list them on our security page. Generated media is copied to our own storage so we can serve you a stable URL that does not expose any provider.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prompts or generated media to train AI models. We do not show your content to other customers. Content may be reviewed by automated safety systems, and in specific cases by us, where required to enforce our acceptable use policy or comply with law.

Retention and deletion

Generation data is retained while your account is active so your library and receipts keep working. You can request deletion of specific content or your entire account by emailing privacy@corent.tech; we delete within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing, tax, or legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@corent.tech and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

The dashboard uses essential cookies for login sessions only. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Processor relationship

When you send us content that contains personal data, we act as a processor on your instructions. Our data processing addendum applies to API customers and lists our subprocessors.
